02 / CHOOSING YOUR PRODUCT
Compare the intended body area, fastening and illuminated area before reviewing materials and controls.

Match the shape and fastening to where the product will be worn. Overall size alone does not establish fit.
Compare the light-emitting area separately from the outer dimensions, together with materials and contact surfaces.
Confirm controller functions, cable or power arrangement and included accessories for each model.
03 / YOUR BRAND
Start with branding and packaging. Changes to materials, structure or electronics are reviewed for the model you choose.

OEM / MODEL-SPECIFIC BRANDING
Discuss labels, logo positions, packaging and instructions for your selected wrap or belt. Check how the fastening, light area and controller affect usable branding space.
ODM / TECHNICAL REVIEW
A different body shape, strap layout, material, light area or controller can change the product structure. Confirm feasibility and project conditions before treating it as a standard branding change.
04 / MANUFACTURING & QUALITY
For a wearable product, construction matters as much as the light configuration. Review fastening, sewing and assembly against the sample you confirm.

The factory photograph shows fabric and fastening components at a sewing workstation. Confirm the materials, strap layout and workmanship requirements for your chosen wrap.

The assembly photograph shows flexible light components on the workbench. Review the controller connection and applicable functional checks for your exact version.
05 / BULK PURCHASING
Check the conditions for samples, branding and repeat orders before planning your purchase.
Start with the intended body area, fastening layout and illuminated area. Then compare the control arrangement. The outer dimensions alone do not establish the fit or light coverage.
No single quantity is assumed for the whole range. The model, material, strap arrangement and branding scope need to be confirmed together, particularly when custom packaging or structural changes are involved.
Discuss a sample of the version you want to evaluate, including its straps and controller. Sample availability, charges and schedule are confirmed by model.
Share the intended fit and dimensions. Strap, material or light-area changes need technical and production review; they are not automatically included in standard logo or packaging work.
The selected format, quantity, materials, branding approvals and any development work affect timing. Confirm sample and bulk-production schedules separately against the agreed specification.
Keep the model, strap dimensions, controller, light configuration and packaging version together in the order specification. Request available model-specific documents and review any change before replenishment.
