01

Fit before features

Compare cap shape, size adjustment and how the cap stays in place. Ask for sample fit checks before confirming your version.

02

Power and daily handling

Check whether the chosen model uses an external controller or an integrated power arrangement, and what is included.

03

A defined light configuration

Compare confirmed wavelengths and LED definitions for the same configuration. LED beads and LED chips are different counts.

05 / BULK PURCHASING

Before Your First Bulk Order

Check the conditions for samples, branding and repeat orders before planning your purchase.

01Can I start without choosing a cap model?

Yes. Tell us your preferred controller arrangement and intended product positioning. We can discuss candidate caps first; your model and quantity do not need to be final.

02How is the MOQ for branded caps confirmed?

The chosen cap, logo method, packaging and quantity determine the production requirements. Confirm the MOQ for that combination; a minimum from another cap or a standard-stock offer does not automatically apply.

03Can I evaluate cap samples first?

Discuss the cap version, fit and control arrangement you want to assess. Sample availability, any charges and timing are confirmed for that version.

04Can the cap carry my logo and packaging?

Share your artwork and packaging direction. Available logo positions, labels and instruction options are checked against the selected cap; changes to fit or electronics need separate review.

05How are lead time and documents confirmed?

Sample and production schedules depend on the selected version, quantity, artwork and development scope. Request specifications and available test documents for that exact cap and your target market.

06How do I keep later cap orders consistent?

Reference the confirmed cap construction, controller, light configuration and approved branding files. Flag any change before reordering so the version and delivery conditions can be reviewed.
