Are your products manufactured in-house?

Kopus manufactures red and near-infrared devices at its own Dongguan factory. The manufacturing work depends on the product structure, including applicable soft-material processing, sewing and electronic assembly.

What should I prepare before asking about production?

Share a model or reference image, quantity and target delivery date. Add configuration, branding, accessories and packaging requirements where known; unresolved details can be reviewed together.

How is production lead time confirmed?

The schedule depends on the model, quantity, customization and material readiness. Agree the required approvals and order conditions, including the date from which the production lead time starts.

Can I change the specification or reorder a previous version?

Review the configuration, materials, artwork and packing reference before production. For a change or repeat order, confirm which version applies and any impact on price, checks or timing.

Can I arrange a factory visit or assessment?

Share the purpose, processes you want to review and preferred timing. The team can discuss suitable visit, assessment or document-review arrangements before you make travel plans.

How can I arrange additional inspection?

Share the product, inspection stage, checklist and acceptance criteria in advance. Scope, timing, practical arrangements and any additional costs need to be agreed for the order.
